Voluntary Carbon Market Disclosures
The following voluntary carbon market disclosures are made pursuant to California Assembly Bill (AB) 1305, Part 10 of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code (passed 2023-10-07), and indicate business entities and their disclosures under Sections 44475, 44475.1, and 44475.2 of AB 1305
(1) Section 44475: Marketing or Selling Voluntary Carbon Offsets
For purposes of Section 44475 of AB 1305, the below business entity(ies) market or sell voluntary carbon offsets within the State of California, and disclose the following information as required by Section 44475 of AB 1305

(2) Section 44475.1: Purchasing or Using Voluntary Carbon Offsets
For purposes of Section 44475.1 of AB 1305, the below entity(ies) purchase or use voluntary carbon offsets and make claims regarding the achievement of net zero emissions, claims that the entity, related entity, or a product is “carbon neutral,” or make other claims implying that the entity, related entity, or a product does not add net carbon dioxide or greenhouse gases to the climate or has made significant reductions to its carbon dioxide or greenhouse gas emissions, and disclose the following information as required by Section 44475.1 of AB 1305.

(3) Section 44475.2: Making Claims
For purposes of Section 44475.2 of AB 1305, the below entity(ies) make claims regarding the achievement of net zero emissions, claims that the entity, a related or affiliated entity, or a product is “carbon neutral,” or make other claims implying the entity, related or affiliated entity, or a product does not add net carbon dioxide or greenhouse gases, as defined in Section 38505, to the climate or has made significant reductions to its carbon dioxide or greenhouse gas emissions, as described in Section 38505, and disclose the following information as required by Section 44475.2 of AB 1305
